Originally from London, Joss is currently on the books at West Bromwich Albion and is a regular in their reserve team. He made a sole appearance for Grays Athletic, coming on as a substitue in the Essex Senior Cup clash against Chelmsford City.
In the closing minutes of stoppage time, Labadie, flicked the ball into the path of Gary Hooper who hit a low shot into the far corner of the goal sending the game into extra time and then penalties in which Grays finally lost.
