Behcet was with West Ham as a youngster and had a brief loan period with Cambridge United before joining Yeovil Town in the summer of 2006. During his two-year spell with the Somerset based side, he was also loaned out to Dorchester Town and Bognor Regis but never featured for The Glovers.
