Joined the club on 31st January 2007 as a free agent following the termination of his contract with Brighton & Hove Albion. He signed a deal that would keep him at Grays until the end of the 2006/07 season, but his Blues career came to an end on 5th March 2007 when he was released from the club, after just 4 appearances. His debut came in the 2-1 victory over Yeading in the FA Trophy, and his 4th and final appearance came off the bench in the 4-1 victory over Welling United in the same competition. Molango began his career at Athletico Madrid before signing for Brighton in July 2004 after impressing Mark McGhee during a 2 week trial. He had a great start to his career at the club scoring just 17 seconds into his debut against Reading. However, after just a handful of appearances he found himself sent out on loan to Lincoln City, Oldham Athletic & Wrexham until his eventual departure from the club in January 2007.
