In his second season with the Blues, Cooper came through Enfield’s youth and reserve ranks before joining Chesham United in 2002, then onto Bishop’s Stortford a year later. He went on to join Dagenham & Redbridge and then League of Ireland club, Dublin City towards the end of the 2003-04 campaign. On his return to England, Grant joined Hemel Hempstead Town in January 2005, before switching to AFC Hornchurch. The defender had a spell at Canvey Island and King’s Lynn before joining Maidenhead United in 2007. Cooper then rejoined Bishop’s Stortford at the start of the 2009-10 season after an initial one-month loan before joining Chelmsford City in December 2009. He’s also had spells at St Neots Town and Maldon & Tiptree United. |
