Freddy is a product of the Grays Athletic youth system and signed a full-time pro contract on 24th May 2007.
He made his Grays Athletic debut in the 1-0 Essex Senior Cup win over Concord Rangers, whilst still in the Under-18's.
Tandon left the club in November 2007, making a number of significant displays in the reserve team.
He has since moved onto Leyton.
