Griffiths has had two spells at The Recreation Ground - firstly between September 2003 - May 2005, and more recently on loan from Fisher Athletic betwen February 2007 - May 2007. Griffiths started his career at Hampton & Richmond before a £40,000 move to QPR in June 2001. He made 37 appearances for the club scoring 3 goals, and whilst at the club, had loan periods at Farnborough & Margate. He then signed for Farnborough on a free transfer in August 2004. A month later he signed for Grays in September 2003, and was top scorer for the club in 2004/05, before leaving in May 2005. Following his release from Grays Athletic, he signed for Fisher Athletic and helped them gain promotion to the Conference South. Last season he had a 3 month loan spell at Aldershot Town, before signing for Grays on loan on 16th February 2006, until the end of the season.
