Blues have today signed Lloyd Opara from Hornchurch FC. Lloyd is a 20 year old striker, and ex-professional having played for Cambridge United in division 2 last season before joining Hornchurch in the summer

Lloyd Opara could be on his way to Swindon Town. The Nationwide Division Two side have made an offer for the player which has been accepted by Grays Athletic. Whether the transfer now goes ahead is down to Lloyd himself.

Contrary to recent news articles Lloyd Opara has not yet completed his transfer to Swindon Town FC. However, the Robins hope to finalise the deal this Thursday (17th June, 2004).
